servicedesignThey promote this app at the park because they don't hand out maps anymore. Well, maybe it's good for other things - but the "interactive" map was pretty much worthless. I guess it was GoOd that your location showed up on the map, but really not even. Nothing except rides, food, & stores were labeled... so even though you might have a pin of where you were, there was no way to reference where you were trying to go. I recommend just taking a pic of the big map at the front - it's a better option.

serviceperformance_and_bugsintegration_with_other_servicesdesignapp is so broken. they insist that you can check what rides are operating, but that only works if you're already at the park. otherwise everything shows as open. add-ons that are supposed to apply at multiple parks are only showing up on home park. navigation is poor. can't even use the app for fast lane reservations, you have to use a separate website for that.

performance_and_bugserror_handling_and_messagesloginOne of the worst experiences with an app I've had. It errored out when I tried to buy a pass on the app, so I had to go to the website. Then after purchasing my pass, the app errored out when I tried to add the pass using the pass ID. Then when entering my information to look up my pass it can't find it. All this plus other minor bugs like selecting my birthdate on their calendar forces it to be one day off.
